Birth Doula Services

I offer a full-spectrum birth support package designed to hold a woman emotionally, physically, and spiritually through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum. This includes three to four prenatal sessions where we explore the physiology and stages of birth, prepare your nervous system, process fears or past experiences, and create a personalised birth plan that honours your needs, feelings, and intuition. I also support in practical ways — helping set up your birth space with altars and ceremony if desired, offering grounding practices, and ensuring you feel heard, centred, and resourced leading up to labour. I am on call from 38 weeks and present throughout the entire birth to provide continuous emotional support, advocacy, comfort measures, and a calm, steady presence.

Following birth, I offer three to four postpartum sessions, which may include bodywork, womb care, herbal remedies, breastfeeding support, baby care guidance, emotional debriefing, home support (meals, tidying, settling the space), and education around matrescence and mental health. If a mother wishes to weave in shamanic or earth-based feminine practices, I can incorporate these with respect and consent — but the core of my work is meeting each woman exactly where she is and supporting her process without agenda.

Packages begin at $2,500, depending on how many prenatal and postpartum sessions are included.
